What some shameless people like muscfair does, is patronize the restaurant, then demand they adjust their prices based on what they would like to pay.

Sure, state your price, why not, then it's up to the potential customer to consider whether to buy, not rocket science.
Muscle boys are not interesting to me, each to his own, and as already stated by others, they are attractive to a niche market, therefore expensive (expensive of course to some and not to others).
There are numerous stories of poor service, but hey if you wanna run with that up to you.
Those you try to negotiate the fee down, well that's up to them but you can have a guarantee it's not worth the time or the bother. But certainly don't agree that a person who tries should be bashed and/or thrown out.
