- The ground floor will be used as a bar and a sitting-out place for masseurs. Massage-customers availing of the bar, and buying drinks for masseurs, will be offered discounted prices.
- The handyman estimated that the Bar would be ready for use in around two weeks' time. I had a look-at the bar y'day. - 15 feb. - it is air-cond. and is approx. 15ft. x25ft. and is half-covered by a mezzanine. The Aussie. mngr. will be provding the bar's fixtures & fittings, seating etc. etc.. Reportedly some tables & chairs will be outside for smokers' use.
- Reportedly BKK's Finest have told the Aussie. mngr. that so long as no interior lighting and/or music are visible/heard from outside after the usual CLOSING TIME then the bar may remain OPEN for as long as the mngr. pleases.
