I approached the guys outside who didn't know either so I think it may be confused with the other Happy near Sunnee.Meanwhile in Jomtien , X Boys has re-opened . Looks like same format, but inside now fully open and lit. Also the old Duo House is being re-furbished and looks close to opening.
