Our YMCA used to be great for watching - the adult locker room had steam - sauna and open showers. As it was mostly guys that grew up in the shower after gym era so people did and thought nothing of it.
Although I never had or saw a hook up there I enjoyed the view.
A couple years ago they remodeled - from what I understand (I am no longer a member) the steam room is gone - sauna is now open and co-ed and showers are private. :-(
