I have not been out to the saunas in years, but the only one I could think of was Sansuk in Pattaya, and I never saw anyone using it.

From my observation Sansuk has two slings, but I doubt it would help just lying there hoping guys will help themselves. Most Thais are just too shy and not very forward.
I did see a sling at Babylon at one time too.
