I only came totally hands free from getting fucked once. I tried to figure out why - there was nothing different in terms of position - he was not real big - and the one thing I could think of was that I was comfortable and really trusted him. It was when I was still very nervous about bottoming and very self conscious about it - but this was with someone I trusted and felt safe with.
I think that the fact I accepted being the bottom for him is what made the difference. Unfortunately he was never a fan of anal so even though we had sex for years fucking was very seldom part of it.
