It was always disappointing, I've seen several public GHs in my time, most in various men's rooms., but never once was someone on the other side. :-( Often fantasized about tasting a really juicy one poking thru! & draining it dry (gulp!)
Of course draining one without the wall between us is good too!
Never had any luck with the foot-tap routine either in men's rooms....
