Hi Jess, I've stayed at the Icon hotel in Pattaya (Buddha Hill Road), it's between Jomtien and city centre of Pattaya; a very nice (gay) hotel, nice design, nice pool, nice restaurant, but not really cheap, about 2000 bt at minimum, if i remember right.

Otherwise, the Ambiance Hotel in Boyztown or the Cafe Royale should be fine for gays.
