You could try rhe Serene Hotel which is located across from Boys Boys (in the corner of the Soi). Rooms are nothing fancy but are clean, have TV, mini frig and go for around 500 baht or sometimes less if they know you.

But it is very convenient and you are not being charged for the fact that it caters to gays as many of the gay hotels do.
