For anyone still in that Wonderland stage to which the previous poster referred, it's hard to pass up Ambiance. Very convenient, tasteful, not the cheapest, but a lot of, uh bang for the buck if you're new in town. Then use it as a base to scout out the rest of the scene.

You might want to specifiy if you mind noisy or not, as a couple of the rooms are directly over BBB and it can get a little thrilling from music and laughter as late night approaches. Of course, when I requested the uppermost floor to avoid that, my Thai friend noted that by the time one climbed the last few stairs he might be too tired for sex!
