- As a result of re-decor'n. the rate for basic rooms' has been INCREASED from USD.22.oo. to $45.oo.! Not worth the INCREASE.

2.- McDonald's has quit BLOCK 'M' PLAZA, SANAYAN PLAZA & SERINAH KOMPLEX and has been replaced by Toni Jack, (LOWER qual. food & HIGHER prices!), and who discourages people from just dropping-in without subsequently ordering. SERINAH KOMPLEX, under new mngmnt. wch. is determined to UPGRADE the whole komplex, is no longer cruisy: IN-House Sec. Gds. chase-away e'one., (incl. straights.), sitting-on the steps outside the former McDo.. None is worth visiting now.
