This board appears to have died in the last few months, I think its high time it was resurected..
Here is my choice of spots for fun:
Meadowlands Park Carindale. I love to just pull in on my bike right to the end of the car park and walk over to the toilet block closest to the gateway overpass and find someone in need of a download, best action happens late at night (10.00pm onwards)

Wynnum Foreshore. Cruisy toilet right at Darling Point, has no glory hole but is great for finding someone is search of fun late at night to early morning hours.

Looking for some oral action hit either of these spots from about 10pm onwards, at least I will be their looking for fun
