Does anyone still post on here?

Is there anyone out there?

doesn't look like this place has been used in a lonnnngggggg time - is there a better local board/group for this? or has lack of interest killed this place?

Looks like plenty of people viewed the post... just no one posting!

I wish people would start and post their Brisbane/QLD centric sex stories on here - what they got up to in the past - cause they'd have familiar locations in it. Like remember all the old places that are gone... The old Broadway left and right toilets and various parks and places round brisbane like that one on Kelvin Grove Road that had a glory hole which I noticed has been demolished.

...and Bancroft Park at Kelvin Grove (locked up for years); the toilets at the Ashgrove lights (all tiled up); Mitchelton Oval (gone unisex - what an insult), etc etc.
All were great beats in their day - good peepholes, good trade and little interference from the cops. Alas, no gone. ~~SIGH~~ for the good old days!

what happened at the ashgrove lights? Tiled up? Explain.

Oh and Bancroft park is the one I was talking about, that has been demolished - I think it's that one.

Wintergarden carpark level 6 is always locked. Level 4 Myer - used to be quite a spectacle.

At Ashgrove, the council tiled over the brick walls so the peephole and writing on the wall disappeared - it just wasn't the same. Bancroft park toilet is still there but locked up. It is off Kelvin Grove Rd on the southern bank of Enoggera Ck near the bridge. It's the Blamey St toilet that was demolished - not before time.

Huh! Never knew about Bancroft park! So it's locked up is it? What was it like?

Was the ashgrove one that had graffitti from like the 60's on the walls??

Bancroft park really rocked back in the 1980s when I was only a visitor to Brisbane. Because it was on a one-way lane behind houses in Bancroft Street, the neighbours must have complained when it got too popular. The police were there a fair bit then it got permanently locked up about 1996. It's almost swallowed up by trees now.
The toilets at Ashgrove did indeed have some graffiti which dated back to the 1960s. I remember that it was in pencil on the bricks next to the urinal and had dates in 1968. I don't know if it still works but it lost its soul when the tiles went up and I lost interest in it.
