Two that come to mind Corpus Christi, TX and Pensacola, FL

Both are smaller beach communities. CC has a gay beach that is miles from any patrolling, with tons of naked men laying out to fit any fancy. Sex is a given just have to match up with someone and make it happen. Nighttime is like feast but bring the bug spray...
Pensacola is a military town. With the Airforce and Navy you get your choice of flying HIGH or doing it deeper . There is the bluffs that are always cruisy and of course the beach. Nothing like making out under the stars at night and seeing the sun cum I mean come up over the surf the next morning.
