Tomkat will get you the crowd your looking for. It's hit or miss on the older guys though. I was watching a guy suck off another one, and I started to jack off. If you're ever in more of a hurry you might want to try Bette Davis Picnic Ground...near you, at Victory Bl & the 134 Fwy. It is the farth northern portion of Griffith Pk, near the Equestrian Center.
After dark, along the river walk (hole in chain link fence near restroom) or just out in the picnic ground. You can usually get a group to watch you blow. However, the Park Rangers drive through every now and again...
