HELP with CRUISER ETIQUETTE !!

One thing I love about this website is the tips & suggested protocols for cruisers & their behaviors. (i.e.: how one shouldn’t litter, etc.) What I can’t seem to find & what my open question is to the users here is;

• WHAT ARE THE RULES GOVERNING CRUISING??
(Specifically pertaining to automobiles)

I would like to inquire & know if anyone has any input on what one does when faced w/ many of the uncertain or tricky situations involving cruising, but mainly initiating or communicating from within car? -- Such scenarios such as being parked in a car & the other person is on foot, or two autos obviously cruising while moving, or one car parked & the other doing the cruising is moving by, or vice versa of any the given above.
Is there or are there not unspoken subtleties, signals, or clues one demonstrates to show interest, or disinterest? -- With a tap on the brakes here, or a gesture there, or a quick evasive maneuver, do they have meaning? – If one was pulling hastily into a spot or abruptly parks along the road & your quarry takes the bait & parks right behind you; …THEN WHAT? I’m not so much interested in how to cruise or be cruised per se, but I am in how one either party moves it along discreetly, or shuts it down discreetly.
(Of course we’re taking for granted that you’re certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that in all these given example questions of the person’s intent, or that the other party is in fact cruising)
Is there too long to wait for a sign? – What if I don’t know if one has been given? –Or does the one initiating bare responsibility for action, or not? – Who does what? What if you don’t know what to do because a vehicle’s windows are too fucking dark to see anything? – Or who gets out first, if any? -- Do you, or do you not approach someone’s car? What if there’s a standoff or staring contest via rear view windows & you’re certain he’s “doing something” in his vehicle? – Who gets in whose car, if at all? What if, What if…..?? LOL
I’m dying to know if somebody has any answers about any of this -- Or have maybe perhaps a situation that they’ve learned from in order to provide a framework to assist others in future operations.
Thanks in advance, I appreciate your time in reading!
Sincerely,
Bryce
