I went up this past Tuesday and there were some no parking signs on Upper Tujunga, up until the 4.5 mile marker. There are none after that where the parking is. The shoulder by the side of the road is wider between the 4.5 and 4.6 mile marker and that is where you park. It is legal to park there now. I believe weekends are busier than weekdays. I didn't see the no parking signs again until the 5.4 mile marker.
