What is the latest about hassles at Kenwood these days. When is safest time to go?

It is still consistent at Kenwood, especially after dark before about 10 pm. Late afternoons and evenings there are your straight marrieds looking for quick oral before going home. Make eye contact, talk, and get out of the car and show a sign and you are sure to link up if there is someone else there. Just be a bit discrete and this place will remain one of the premier hook up spots in So Cal.

I have stopped there but dont know what to do to hook up??

I have been by there in the day time and seen cars parked back behind the bushes and trees. I guess that is what you need to do there.
