I've seen quite a few guys hanging around looking for work in different areas. There's plenty of "unofficial" places, usually around Home Depots. One in particular in Pomona, off the 71 and 60.

Anyone have any luck hooking up with one of these guys? Is there a way to approach them or indicate your interest in "helping them out," so to speak?
