I have a 3day guest pass at Frog's in Mission Valley. Thinking about going there later around 8pm til closing. Want to hit the steam room and sauna after my work out.

How cruisy is this place? Have been told it is hopping in steam room sometimes.

Anyone going to work out and then maybe hitting the sauna or steam room afterwards tonite.
