Planning a gay beach holiday. Should I go to Cebu or Boracay?

not sure what you require for a "gay beach holiday" depends on what you're looking for.

the beach resorts in cebu (mandaue) is more "manicured", that means the beaches are cordoned off with stone barriers to demarkate the property line. this is good if you don't want to rough it up, and just want to have a quiet stay. shangrila mactan, is one of the best resorts in town. but it might seem like little korea in some seasons. a lot of beautiful and handsome filipino people though.

boracay on the other hand offers the complete range. if you want night life or a quiet retreat, boracay has it. the upscale hotels are in station 1, the mass market hotels/inn are in station 2. don't worry about the vendors on the beach offering everything from knick knack souviner to massage, they are all licensed and knows when to leave you alone.
