Body Zone Weekends?

How is Body Zone weekends Days and saturday nights? First chance I'll get this weekend, been a regular on Mon-thursday after work but never could make it weekends. Big crowds? If there are any partys or hot spots I would like to go as well if anyone will invite me.

Same with me, I get there after work, but not in the evening on weekends. I would also appreciate any weekend info about best times, crowds, etc. Might be there this Friday night.
