That is a great thing - that straight guys are not as afraid to be friends with gay guys these days. When I was growing up not that any one was OPENLY out - but if they were you would not have dared hang out with them for fear of guilt by association - if your friend is gay you must be too...
There is still a long way to go but it is nice to see that the younger generation is not as afraid of it as we were....

I used to travel somewhat regularly between nj/pa/ct (visiting family/friends) for several years and made a point to stop (and sometimes hang out a bit) at the various rest areas along the way. Several had glory holes., but not once was there ever someone on the other side. Not uncommon to see someone I'm pretty sure I wold have enjoyed having a taste of, but never detected any interest. The only mensroom action I had was with a friend (we 15yrs old) I played with. We actually went to see the movie, his mom dropped us off, movie over, mom still 30 min to pickup, had to pee, went to the bathroom, we peed, he got hard and giggled. I was nervous as heck someone might come in but he pulled me into a stall to take care of his hardon.
