They will have your old one on file. If you still have the card, it's all you'll need. Otherwise, just go in with your ID.

I went Sunday night. The guys have done a nice job considering the limited amount of space. I put the "chain" handles to good use on the glory hole ramp. The crowd was good. Parking lot doesn't seem secure, however.

Finally got to check it out Sat nite. First time I've been able to go since they reopened, and the crowd was diverse, much like it was before they closed. Good crowd by midnight, and I had lots of fun. Pretty much the same interiors they had at the other place, just fit in differently with a few improvements. Of course you do have the standers, lookers, talkers, and usual in the crowd, but there are enough wanting to have fun to go around. It was worth it for me, and I'll be back.
