Do we really need the "Chicagoland" forum? Some are using both. I find myself looking at both. The volume of posts do not warrant 2 sites. My enjoyment of this MB has declined since the Illinois site was broken up.
Anyone agree?

i would not agree, no. even as a cook county resident (barf), it seems easier for me as a majority to wade through their postings, then it is for any minority of illinois members to wade through ours. this separation seems to be for "the greater good"... writing strictly for me. but, hey, i even take my last two dollars to the michiana casinos, not to ours in illinois. use one for the blackjack and one for the bus back! but the sex is a whole lot better and quicker to come by than then anything up here in cook county, so probably the rest of our state deserves to search, cruise & hook-up more efficiently without us, too!

I was SO happy to see that someone else is aware of the awful way CFS has broken up the Message Boards! I am in Ohio, and we used to have ton's of hot posting's in the single Ohio MB..and now? They broke them up into "Cleve" "Cinci" "Colomb" etc. and NO ONE posts anymore!
I have emailed the 'manager' of our Ohio MB and he simply said "We did research and found this to be the best? way to do it now..." BEST way for whom? I hope more and more guy's from everywhere will write/complain to their State MB managers, and maybie even the owners of CFS too if possible. I for the life of me cannot imagine how it's supposed to be a 'better/updated' way to use MB when no one is posting now! Be active/vocal NOW!

perhaps a separate area for northern illinois, southern illinois. western illinois. It sure would help since most of us aren't willing to travel to chicago or southern illinois for some fun. I honestly believe the reason posts are down is because people don't want to have to look through one forum to find someone close. so having the option to post in a relative geographical region cuts to the chase so to speak.
