Want to open a Steamworks in the Burbs..

I'm looking at opening a Steamworks type, maybe private gym/spa in the burbs. What do you guys think??

I think it would be a HUGE success. Zoning would be the issue. Maybe schaumburg?

THANKS Bikevin! Ive been to the Roselle ABS alot and noticed tons of guy cruising the booth area. The Burbs have nothing and i dont want to go to Chicago like alot of other people. Zoning would be a issue, but working on it. PLEASE MORE ADVICE

DEFINITELY could work! Do you know how many suburban gay guys there are in the area?... A LOT. Take a look at Hunters on a Saturday night, then add all the guys that cruise Busse woods and there is a huge market in the near NW burbs... they just dont have many options, expecially in the winter.
You got funding? I got ideas on design and marketing. With the right Investor, it could definitely work.
