I'm looking at opening a Steamworks type, maybe private gym/spa in the burbs. What do you guys think??

DEFINITELY could work! Do you know how many suburban gay guys there are in the area?... A LOT. Take a look at Hunters on a Saturday night, then add all the guys that cruise Busse woods and there is a huge market in the near NW burbs... they just dont have many options, expecially in the winter.
You got funding? I got ideas on design and marketing. With the right Investor, it could definitely work.
