With the demise of 41 Books I think your best bet is to go to Kenosha Steam. If that's too daring for a newbie then the usual recommends apply: Galaxy & Mannheim on Mannheim south of O'hare or Exotic Adult Books in Roselle. Or someplace down in the city.
