I recently ran into the Coralville bookstore owner and asked him about his plans. He said the city had pretty much blocked him out of business, but he is still interested in reopening if he can find a location affordable and zoning friendly. I personally won't hold my breath to see it happen the way things are nowdays. For those who didn't know it, the city of Coralville played some "dirty pool" regarding the bookstore and the strip club that was down the street from the bookstore. There were some great times there though. I have found that the IC stores are pretty much dead. I go to the CR stores occasionally, and they can be ok at times. Pretty hit and miss as most other places are.
