Saw on the KTBS news tonight, and online, that a Texarkana couple, a doctor and his wife, and two other men were arrested at Capri Video in Shreveport. The Internet also stated that Vice Police are arresting people all the time at Capri.

Seems with this, and the crack down on the public parks in Shreveport, no fun is to be held in Shreveport/Bossier.
