You're correct about not allowing the posting of images of guys having sex. Federal regulations changed during the last 5 years and if I allow you to post a picture of 2 or more persons having sex, the only legal way I can keep it up is to demand you provide me proof of age via something like a driving license or passport. Some sites don't insist on this (Manhunt comes to mind), but many if not most are not willing to risk jail time until this rule is challenged successfully in the courts. Manhunt might justify their decision because most of their users pay to view pics, whereas we're free of course, removing the barrier of payment. Heck, you can view our pics without even logging in or creating a profile, whereas with so many other hookup sites you have to create a profile before you can look. Bottom line on the pics: I'd love to show all the pics you have of guys fucking and sucking, but as much as I may love you, I'm not going to jail for you.

Craig's List is definitely happening in most metro areas. I've used it many, many times, and usually with success. But I find it remarkable that you like them while complaining about an overly aggressive moderator here at CFS. Anyone, not just a volunteer moderator, ANYONE with a bug up their ass or a religious conviction can flag any CL ad and it is pulled. There is no recourse once this is done. At least with us, you could write me directly and I would read your email and over-ride the moderator if that seemed like the fair course of action, but with CL, you have no such assurance. I've had a few of my ads flagged at CL and it is so annoying mostly because it seems very arbitrary. I also think CL is perhaps TOO easy. That is, I find the flake factor at CL to be higher even than the average which is already high enough for hookup sites because anyone can post so quickly and easily. That can be good, but it can also have a negative side.
