You would not believe this, the same cop caught me at crosby park, he told me he is going to post pictures and movies of people in the park and put a explanation on what goes on in the parks, he says then the men that go there can explain to their familes what they are doing there....

One how do we know he is a cop ? If he is drving an un marked he could be playing cop. 2nd of all if he posts a picture of you walking in a park who gives a shit? If he posts a picture of you naked and on your knee's taking it from behind then you might be embarrassed. So basically use common sense if the dirt bag is following you, or is taking pictures of you don't do anything to get embarrased over.

If you don't know, next time he confronts you ask him for his badge, if he refuses to show you call 911 and have him arrested for impersonating a cop.

If he is a cop, get his badge number and go downtown and report him.

In my opinion, these don't sound like normal tactics, a real cop woud much rather catch you in the act and arrrest you.

Is he in a marked car? in uniform with a badge. Polst his name and badge # here. If hes undercover, it could be an impersonator. dont call non emergency, call 911. its that important to stop him, plus then there will be a record of the call

however i have a follow up to the poster before me....it is not illegal to video tape people in a public place. whether or not they know about either, public view is fair game

but it is slander or defimation of character to show that tape making an allegation that I was doing something. Or was there to do something without any viable proof other than his or her word.
