There is a great cruisy area in Forest Park in Queens, lots of young guys in the late afternoon and evenings. Explore the "nature trail" and all the other trails in the woods near Forest Park Drive, Metropolitan Avenue and Park Lane South. You will find action there all the time when the weather is nice. Best times are late afternoons and right around sunset. You will even find action there after dark on most nights.
