I assume you haven't visited yet. In Cairo, the so-called Hammam Balde still exists, now called Hammam Bab el Bahar, although it's a pretty disgusting place now, much, much worse than it used to be, which says a lot since it used to always be considered kind of a grimy place.
Outside of Cairo, in a town called Mahalla el Kubra, there is a historic bath called Hammam el Mitwali which I've been told is a great cruising spot, although I have yet to visit it to confirm.
