Want to play outdoors even in the rain

Hey guys...
I love getting and giving head outdoors or even just meeting up for a quick JO. I would like to meet up at some semi public place for quick mid week fun.

I've played a couple of time at the Jantzen Beach mall restroom (near the 'coat factory') also Kelly Point park.
