Yes, Fantasyland (27th & Willamette) has big holes in a lot of the booths (which were cut by the owners).


They're pretty relaxed about what goes on downstairs, as long as nothing is being vandalized, stolen, etc.


Some action seems to be going on all the time, but I've found the best times to be between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. every night.



Also, try B&B Distributors on 6th & Madison. They're the best place in town, IMO, despite being stricter about loitering and spending money in the booths.
