I enjoy train travel in Thailand. Head north and stop in places like Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, and/or Lopburi. some cool old temples to explore, good food, nice people, rivers and waterfalls to see....

Recommended for what? For travel, Thailand has dozens of great places to visit. If you are just "cruising for sex" that limits things, but by no means disqualifies any town in Thailand! Biggest bar...
