A low profile and discretion is key. One important point is that guys looking to hook up will generally park off somewhere where it is quieter, less action and closer to where cruisers in 4 wheelers park. From that point on it is all eye contact and subtle communication. Experienced cruisers know how to not just work a parking area but how to develop it in to a productive link up site. That takes time and effort but the best evidence of success is when you guys start passing the word about a spot where you score consistently. Invest time for the pay off.
