what is this stuff?+-

has anyone know what I have experienced? I had a period of about 6 months a couple of years ago when red, irritating spots would appear on my genital area...from my cock to my scrotum to my inner thighs....these would occur as single red spots one at a time...and would come to a head....if I squeezed them they would produce a single oval shaped almost clear colored (seed)....the spoet would bleed for a short time...I treated in with disinfectant and the spot would heal....I had up to 3 of these at a time...and a total of about 12 during this 6 month period....I think that they must have been some type of insect or parasite.....any ideas...thanks....

Sounds like molluscum contagosum, a viral STD. Most cases are not transmitted sexually, but it is not uncommon in gay men. There is no specific treatment, other than removing the active viral core (the "seed") you squeezed out. That core is very infectious.

You should be seen by an MD, especially a dermatologist to confirm my long distance, unseen diagnosis. STDs love to travel in company, so you may have more than one disease.

Keep us posted.
