I really just think guys do not know their measurements and they just wish. I have a buddy of mine who thought he was 7 and he was a good inch larger than I am. When I told him I meastured 7 3/4", he was taken back.

But I think it is also because he has met guys who said they were 7" and he was larger than them. I think we are all to blame, our dicks are not measured and we guess. So if he tells someone he is about 7" and then that other person is larger, that person now thinks he is at least 7 1/2" to 8". And the circle grows.
