anyone get a lower GI tract reaction from swallowing?

I have a couple regulars that feed me huge loads, and usually quick on the reload so I get multiples when they visit. Inevitably after an hour or so I get this lower GI gurgling signaling a colon cleansing.

Never any pain or cramps, just an evacuation and done.

Just wondered if any other big swallowers ever run into that type of physical reaction.
