anyone get a lower GI tract reaction from swallowing?

I have a couple regulars that feed me huge loads, and usually quick on the reload so I get multiples when they visit. Inevitably after an hour or so I get this lower GI gurgling signaling a colon cleansing.

Never any pain or cramps, just an evacuation and done.

Just wondered if any other big swallowers ever run into that type of physical reaction.

I've had it happen a couple of times usually from a South American guy with an uncut small dick that shoots an enormous load. I've swallowed his load a lot with no reaction so I suspect that maybe the foreskin is not as clean as it should be upon occassion.
