Massage-Arena vs Hero???

I will soon be visiting Bangkok and have not previously visited either of these places. I did go to B&N and it was ok but not a large selection of well-built guys that day. If Arena still has the guy with the great abs on their website as masseur, I would probably go there first. Any suggestions on which place to go, what time to go, and who to look for? Thanks

I've been to both....
