If you're in Sattahip, stop by the Jumbo shopping center on Sukhumvit. It's what they call Kilo Zero (or where the kilo counting starts towards Rayong). If you come from Pattaya, it's just after you make the big ninety degree turn to the left on Sukhumvit heading towards Rayong.
