Interesting that a government department warns gays about sex.
From Dragoncastle's Gay Asia:

GAY AUSSIES WARNED AGAINST SINGAPORE SEX - 1 August 2005
Canberra - Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs is warning Australians that gay sex is illegal in Singapore, and says "Consular assistance cannot override local law, even where local laws may appear harsh or unjust by Australian standards." The warning adds that penalties inmosed for gay sex in Singapre can be harsh.



I wonder if the above is from intelligence gained,as these warnings,usually about terrorism are, or direct government to government contact.
