I am planning a trip to Isan in oct. I saw on internet a hotel called President Hotel. It's very new. Does anyone know this hotel?

It seems the location could be an inconvenience for some ; I will be in Udon Thani at the end of October and will probably stay in Charoen Hotel or Silver Reef.
