Very nice hotel, in the Sukhumvit tourist strip. Upscale business guests, never heard of any cruising going on there.
Short walk to Silom Plaza, where B&N massage is. A longer walk to Albury and Hero (also gay massage parlors) in Sukhumvit Soi 11. |

I actually stayed here last December for 5 nights. I "won" it on a Priceline bid of $75/night. It often comes up on Priceline, as does the JW Marriott and Westin Sukhhumvit (across the street from the Sheraton actually), all in the US$70-85 range plus taxes and fees.
It's really a great hotel--breakfast is an amazing event every day; the pool area, though small, is quite relaxing and tropical-feeling; service is fine; and the rooms are well appointed. Even better is the location, literally a 1-minute walk to both BTS and Subway stations, with a 7-11 on the corner too. As for having guests, there is tight security, so I would only bring back "reputable-looking" friends for an overnight visit (what does that mean, anyway?). That said, I never did see anyone get stopped because they had an obvious prostitute with them. Remember, it's much more likely for them to be seeing men with female prostitutes, due to its proximity to the Nana bar girl area. Book a double room to be sure, since it's usually about the same price as a single anyway. Have a great time!
