Pinnacle bookings-where's Jimmy??

Have booked at the Pinnacle Hotel many times through Jimmy (always best rate). Now he doesn't reply to emails. Anyone know what's happened? Any suggestions for alternate Pinnacle bookings at good discount?

Missing Jimmy

For the past year at least, Jimmy has been very bad at confiming bookings, I have found the answer to this, is to ask the Hotel if they have a booking for you from Jimmy? I then find I get an immediate response from him, I think his popularity has overtaken him with a heavy workload.
Good luck keep trying, I'm amazed the Hotel doesn't match his rates, it would be much easier, and they would gain, not having to give his company's commission.
Perhaps I'll suggest it to them next week.
Incidentally, if you book the Pinnacle hotel, when Flying Thai Airways from London, the room rates aren't quite as good, but the airfare is £100 cheaper, so you get 4 nights free in effect.

Is Jimmy price same Passionasia price? We stay Malaysia and like to try Pinnacle.

Received some excellent advice- finally called Jimmy direct and everything OK. Reason for delay was Pinnacle is raising rates and he can't give firm quote yet. One thing for sure-Jimmy's rates will be lower than elsewhere.
