Mr Yut has been mentioned on two accommodation threads recently. Any detailas about his set up. Some background would be helpful. At what stage does he require credit card details?Jimmy from Pinnacle requires cash the next day and no C.C.

Don't know about Mr Yut ( and would like to know about him too ).
Got my room at the Pinnacle via directrooms.com First tried asiarooms.com which offers a better rate than directrooms but was told no availability. Then tried directrooms for exactly the same check-in date and was sucessful. Seems to show that agents hold different inventory. Both asiarooms and directrooms are a little more expensive than Jimmy I guess. But for peace of mind, it's ok for a 2-3 nights stay that suits me well.

I can understand Jimmy's requirement for full cash on arrival, it didn't used to be like that, until several LOW LIFE guests walked out without paying, leaving him to cover the losses.
So , can you blame him???? I'm surprised, the Hotel didn't swipe a credit card on arrival.

Pinnacle reception now swipe credit card as security for Hotel extras eg.telephone use,bar fridge etc. For accommodation Jimmy has no card facilities and you must contact and pay next day.Jimmy (JF Holidays) has probably become too successful and the response is slow,a long form to fill in which has to be read and emailed back- read all the small print if you are first timer.
That said his rates are the best and he has always been helpful where he can.
