Just got back from 3 days in Phuket. The more I visit Thailand the less I understand. Unlike BKK, the bars are all open til 2 am and discos til 3.

That's the good news. Downside is all the shows are completely sanitised, boring and not a dick, (flacid, stiff or outline) to be seen. Tired old dance routines, Tina Turner impressions and old hag Thai humour. Really boring ..even dance routines amateur and same same.

GC - boys continue to say the the manager does not want them sucking etc in the Bar and you have to go upstairs.

The show ran less than 24 hours ago, so it's too early to tell. My bet is that X-rated shows will be off for a while, but that bars that don't have shows (like the ones you're talking about) won't see any effect.
